Shipping and Production Policy

Handmade to Order

Every piece we make is crafted individually in our workshop in Galicia, Spain.
Because each sideboard, cabinet, or table is made to order, production takes approximately 3–4 weeks before dispatch.

Shipping

• Build time: usually 3–6 weeks per piece
• Shipping is FREE
• Packaging: heavy-duty protection for furniture transit.
• Delivery: worldwide doorstep delivery
• Tracking: we’ll send tracking/details once dispatched.

Returns & Guarantees

• Made-to-order: we accept returns for manufacturing defects or transit damage; contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
• Warranty: Lifetime. Just let us know the problem and we will fix it.

Damage in Transit

Please photograph the packaging and item on arrival and contact us immediately so we can repair or replace.
